Indicart Retail Services Private Limited acts as the Seller of Record for eligible transactions executed on marketplaces and other sales channels.

The physical storage, shipping, and delivery of products are executed by marketplaces, third-party logistics providers, or authorised fulfillment partners. Delivery timelines, shipment handling, and last-mile performance are subject to the policies, service levels, and operational capabilities of such third parties.

While Indicart is responsible for the commercial sale and invoicing of products, it does not operate logistics infrastructure or delivery services and does not independently control delivery timelines.

Any delivery-related issues are addressed in coordination with the relevant marketplace or logistics partner, in accordance with applicable policies and contractual arrangements.
